Requirement:

1.A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business

2.Strong oral and written (English) communication skills and presentation abilities

3.Good knowledge and undetanding of manufacturing processes at both PCBA

4.3~5 yea of automotive product launch experience, automotive program/project management experience and/or production process required

4.Experience with MS Office suite including, Outlook, Word, Excel, IBS, PDM

6.Excellent Project Management, Organizational and Interpeonal Skills in relation to NPI Specilist tasks

7.Interpeonal Relatio, Conflict Management, Communication, Dependability, General Leadehip Effectiveness, Assuming

1.Eure all activities implemented according to PCP process;

2.Dtermine actiocommunication in project as internal leader with SH/NA team and customer

3.Coordinate production with team eure customer requirment being implement

5.Cooperate customer audit/visting including preparation, implementation and follow up
