岗位描述:

1、针对产品的设计，制订产品的试验计划以保证产品的开发满足质量要求，管理样品的存储和流转，负责并监督试验计划的执行；

2、收集了解各类试验标准，建立相关产品必要的试验体系；

3、维护和保养测试设备及协助设备的校准和标定,完成定期的试验设备维护，保养和简单的维修工作，安排试验设备校准和标定时间并完成校准和标定；

4、制定设备操作规程,编写设备相关实验详细操作方法，维护保养方法，实验前检查内容，相关注意点等。

Job Description

1, according to the design of the product, the development of product's test plan to eure that products meet the quality requirements, flow and store the test sample, respoible and monitor the implementation of the test plan;

2, collect to undetand all kinds of test standard, establish related products necessary test system;

3, preventive maintenance and test equipment and assist calibration and calibration of the equipment，regular maintenance and simple fix of testing facilities, support and arrange the time for calibration and verification of testing

itruments;

4, make the operation procedures，compile the detail operate method of the facility related test, the maintenance, check list before test, other notice etc. .

岗位要求:

1． 机械、电子等工程类专业大学专科毕业或以上；

2． 2年以上机电类或传感器产品设计开发或测试经验，了解环境试验的标准及机理，有汽车工业技术背景优先；

3． 熟悉汽车行业PPAP、APQP流程。熟悉汽车行业质量体系QS9000/VDA or TS16949

4． 具有非常强团队合作能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，英语表达良好。

Job requirements

1.Univeity graduate major in mechanical and electronic engineering or above

2.More than 2 yea mechanical seor product design and development or testing experience, undetanding of the environmental test standard and its mechanism, automobile industry technical background is a plus

3. Familiar with automotive industry PPAP and APQP process. Knowledge of quality systems like QS9000/VDA or TS16949.

4.Teamwork player, good communicational, organizational and problem solution skill; Good communication skills in English.
