职位描述:
Respoibility:
?Manage the monitoring of alignment between freight activities for allocated customer and customer contract, in order to eure customer satisfaction.
?Propose improvement in process and communication to achieve better efficiency and better service
?Communicate with operation staff to make sure operation result under Standard operation procedure (SOP) and meet client KPI standard.
?Provide direct supports and advice to internal and external custome, function as escalation level
?Monitor the coordination of customs clearance
?Customer Business Implementation
?Manage implementation of customer contracts coordinate the correct execution of accompanying (CS) OP’s, aligned with SLA, GFF and industry policies and procedures, in order to eure customer satisfaction.
?Manage, optimize development of SOP's for services/custome
?Identify operational development needs to match customer contract, align with National Operatio Department/
?Monitor correct and timely input to invoice and billing process
Requirements:
?3-5 year experience on management work for contract logistics projects;
? Solid knowledge on the process of warehousing, traportation and customs clearance;
?Having both bonded & non-bonded background will be coidered in priority;
? Good communication skills both to co-worke and custome, supplie, etc.
?Be good at Excel & PPT skills;
? English level must be CET 6 or above and be good at reading & writing.
