职位描述:
The purpose of the position is to promote the sustainable development for Sateri, including
1.implementing Sateri sustainability strategies and policies;
2. coordinating with Sateri VSF mills to write the sustainability report;
3. enhancing engagement and communicatio with different stakeholde including NGOs and communities;
4. participating in the sustainability and CSR certificatio and awards.
EducatioExperience
1.Univeity graduate, majoring in environmental management, respoible business (CSR), chemical engineering, paper making or MBA.
2.5-10 yea of working experience in sustainability issues management and sustainability strategies implementation, sustainability reporting and/or auditing experience is a plus;
3.Exteive successful networking experience with different stakeholde ranging from Industry, Government to NGO’s, in China and also with international exposure.

1.Excellent communicatio skills - a peon with substance in the area of Sustainability. Able to influence and actively lobby on sustainability matte in government and NGOs.

AREAS OF RESPOIBILITY
1. Cooperate with relevant departments of Sateri Mills and lead the implementation of the sustainability strategies and policies, for example Sateri Sustainability Policy and Pulp Sourcing Policy;
2. Design the sustainability reporting framework, cooperate with all departments in Sateri mills to collect the data, and prepare the Sateri sustainability report;
3. As the subject matter expert, Identify the best practice cases in Sateri sustainability implementation and provide the content to support Corporate Communicatio and community development teams;
4. Inteify engagement with local, national and international NGOs, trade associatio and government agencies on sustainability related issues;
5. Work with the Certification teams to be the “go to” resource to assist in acquiring and keeping sustainability related third party certificatio e.g. PEFC;
6. Conduct training on sustainability issues, trends and development and build a sustainability oriented culture and be a driver in implementing systems and procedures to drive sustainability in the organization;
