Respoibilities:

l Maintain multiple website with CMS system.

l Provide specific motivation, direction, and control to the Project Manager and the account team to include architects, enginee and the trades.

l Provide the leadehip to the pre-cotruction and actual cotruction process to assure that all development, from a cotruction point-of-view, is completed on time, on budget and within pre-determined standards of quality.

l Provide direction, create performance objectives, development pla, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.

l Monitor project cotruction activities relating to scheduling, quality, costs, design and cotruction methodology as well as assist in the selection and recommendation of trades and purchase of major building materials/ components through the Cotruction Manager.

l Create and monitor control systems for cost estimates, budgets, schedule, contractor draws, change orde, quality control, value engineering, progress reports and variance analyses.

l Maintain substantial interface relatiohips with clients, client coultants, and other partne.
