Main respoibilities:

?Leading the sourcing team for the development and execution of sourcing strategies across all aspects of the business, through supplier selection and development, contract negotiatio and execution, and supplier performance management

?Develop an overall sourcing strategy for assigned projects and supplie with particular focus on the company objectives including new product introduction and project launch, supplier coolidation, process standardization, and material cost reduction

?Lead the team for Continuous Improvement with Open & Honest Communication, development of operational of the procurement and leadehip to build a strong procurement

?Lead team to deliver on operational sourcing targets of OTD, DPPM, Lead Time, Inventory, & Total Cost in alignment with the Regional requirements

?Cooperate with cross functional teams like quality, planning, operatio, scm, sales, Product Development and etc to make sure on time delivery

Main requirements:

?Bachelor degree with engineering background (Mechanical Engineering is preferred), MBA is preferred

?Above 10 yea experience in strategic procurement of plastics and die casting and regional procurement experience is highly preferred

?Rich experience on contract negotiation, cost down, supplier development in multi-cultural and global environment

?Strong Leadehip skills.

?Excellent communication skills via English.

?Self –starter and can work under pressure
