Respoibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement equipment and process improvements in support of plant objectives. Provide technical support for optimizing various plant operatio. Control facto that affect manufacturing costs.

2. Assist in troubleshooting overall plant operatio to iure product quality while maintaining safe operatio and environmental compliance.

3. Investigate process incidents, develop action pla, and incorporate findings into standard operating procedures.

4. Develop, maintain, and update ISO/TS-16949 and RC-14002 documentation and standard operating procedures for the operating areas.

5. Develop training information and facilitate operator training on existing, new, and revised plant equipment and processes.

6. Participate with research and product development peonnel in conducting plant trials, focusing on the development of new operating procedures and equipment modificatio for improved plant operatio.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering plus a minimum of 5 yea of industrial or related engineering experience.

2. Good troubleshooting, mechanical and engineering skills are necessary.

3. Effective communication throughout all levels of the organization and the ability to work across organizational functio to build support from groups and individuals throughout the company.

4. Chinese and English language skills preferred.
