Main Respoibilities

- Work closely with the company R&D and design teams throughout product development process to manage BOM cost through product launch in multiple countries including China.

- New product supplier identification, sourcing, selection and contracting for global shared plants in China and other countries globally

- Conduct should-cost and make vs buy analyses to support sourcing decision

- Aggressively negotiate terms as required and in accordance with internal policies globally

- Improve new product sourcing process and increase efficiency by partnering with technical design teams

- Apply appropriate category strategies (metals, plastics, electronics, and outsourcing etc.) to new product sourcing needs

- Proactive supply risk management in the new product development process

Main requirement:

- Bachelor and above, master is preferred. Majored in electronics or related disciplines

- Over 10 work experience as new product development sourcing manager in large tranational companies

- Should have work background in well know tranational electronics enterprises.

- Have the abilities and experiences to be a new product development sourcing manager in large tranational enterprises

- Have managed sourcing staff and teams in multiple countries besides China is a must to the success of this position.
