Job respoibilities:
1)Help with quotes, orde and custom documents preparation
2)Provide inventory and order report, file sales order documents
3)Help with mailing invoices and custom documents.
4)Send account receivables to custome and follow up with the payment
5)Help ordering office supplies and other office administration work that the HFinance Manager assigned.
Requirement:
1)Detail oriented, team work spirit.
2)Patient, pleasant peonality, willing to help custome and respond promptly to customer’s request.
3)Diploma degree required
4)Minimum 2 yea of experience in custom service, sales or administration area
5)Able to read and write common business English.
6)Familiar with Microsoft office software, especially excel, word, outlook.
7)Willing to work at Malu Town, Jiading
