职位描述:
1、英文水平4级;
2、本科以上学历;
3 、协助总经理起草酒店综合性的业务报告、工作计划、备忘录、规章制度等;
4 、协助总经理做好日常来访接待、来函等情况处理;
5 、负责总经理的日常电话转接,尽可能地减少外界对总经理工作不必要的打扰;
6 、负责各种会议记要、备忘录及其它文件的整理、打印、分发、归档、保管等工作;负责酒店内其它部门或者外界报送总经理的各种会议记要、备忘录及其它文件和信函的呈送、处理、归档等工作;
7、 负责酒店介绍信、印章的保管和监督使用,负责与外单位联系,办理各类许可证和归档保管工作;
8、负责搞好总经理的日常工作安排,如会议、工作约会、宴请等;
9、 负责总经理办公室设备保管、维护正常运行等;
10、负责总经理出差前以及出差后的工作处理(借款、日程安排、酒店预定、车辆接送、礼品准备、电话联系、车旅费报销等);
Position description:

5, to assist the general manager to do the daily reception, lette and other processing;
6, respoible for the general manager 's daily telephone switching, as far as possible to reduce unnecessary work outside the general manager of disturbed; 6, respoible for various meeting minutes, memos and other documents finishing, printing, distribution, filing, filing; other departments respoible for the hotel or outside submitted to the general manager of the meeting minutes, memos and other documents and lette of tramission, processing, archiving;
7, respoible for hotel introduction letter, seal custody and supervision, is respoible for contact with other units, for all types of licees and archiving custody of the work;
8, respoible for doing a good job of general manager of the daily working arrangements, such as meetings, banquets and other work, dating;
9, the general manager respoible for the custody of office equipment, maintenance of normal operation;
10, the general manager respoible for business trip before and after treatment ( borrowing, work schedule, hotel reservatio, car, gift preparation, telephone, car travel reimbuement etc. );
