Respoibilities:

1.Lead projects on NPD sourcing, sustaining, cost reduction & supplier improvement

2. Monitor and negotiate necessary pricing/commercial/technical/quality issues in relation to products and sources before final approval.

3.Support implementation of supplier strategies as directed from Strategic Sourcing

4. Manage Product Engineer in create and maintain product specification

5. Manage potential new supplie and existing supplie.

6. Collect new product ideas from exhibition and supplie, Work closely cross function teams for product development/ market trend/ and sourcing directio.

7. Effective communicate with different functio.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business or Engineering.

2.Minimum 8 yea of related experience and 2 yea in supervisory level.

3. Good proven records in sourcing and project management, preferable in kitchen home appliance.

4. Sound knowledge in import/export business environment.

5. Self-motivated, good team work leader, analytic and data driven, strong multi-national communication skills.

6. Excellent English in both written and spoken.
