SPECIFIC & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1,Provide continuous improvement program support and project leadehip through

2,Project identification, prioritization, and execution

3,Manufacturing process expertise to support projects

4,Training, coaching support in developing MVP mindset

5,Project reviews and Project Tracking Database(PTB) maintenance

6,Support the Lean Enterprise System(LES) journey by leading leakaizen activities through

7,Line balancing to improve lead time and productivity

8,Value stream map for waste identification and elimination

9,Develop visual pull or Kanban systems for WIP reduction

10,Implement 5S and cellular manufacturing

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1,Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree

2,Excellent in Training Planning and Technical Training, Lean Manufacturing

3,At least 5 yea of working experience in the related field is required for the position

4,Experienced in manufacturing industry is an advantage

5,Required skill(s): Communication Skills, Leadehip Skills, Presentation Skills.

6,Preferably 1-4 Y Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operatio or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or SupervisoTeam Lead.

7,Fluent in spoken written English.
