Reporting to the Automation Engineering Manager, The Specialist will lead and manage a group of automation enginee and represent the automation engineering f`unction to other partner groups such as Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Plant Engineering and Facilities, euring the quality of work and appropriate resources are in place to support ongoing operatio and projects requiring automation engineering.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (ME/EE/Automation) and five plus (5+) yea of experiencewith solid track record of successful automation development in an electronic manufacturing environment plus yea of management of automation engineering and technical support peonnel is preferred.

Excellent communication (English and Chinese), technical, organizational, leadehip, and mentoring skills are required.

Must be a team player prepared to lead, work in, and embrace a team-based culture.

Knowledge of PLC or other controlle, Handle, Trafer systems, Quick Changeover systems, Robots and Flexible Manufacturing.

Ability to effectively coach othe and lead change is required.
