职位描述:
Respoibilities:
1.To organize, direct and execute the company’s finance, accounting and taxation in coordination with the General Manager, assuring the fulfilment of the fiscal obligatio of the company.
2.Prepare and submit financial, taxation and regulatory reports required by laws, regulatio, and boards of directo.
3.Maintain financial data base
4.Maintain fixed assets & depreciation schedules
5.Monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
6.General Ledger Entries/Maintenance
7.Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
8.Prepare the compilation of information for the Company’s annual tax retur
9.Work with headquarte, peonnel of other plants, clients and supplie
Requirements:
1. College degree in accounting/finance/business management preferred, at least 8 Yea’ Experience in Accounting
2. Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
3. Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulatio
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal peonal skills
5. Attention to details and accuracy
6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
7. Strong background in accounting and tax reporting. Chinese GAAP and IF mandatory.
8. Fluent Speaking English is must.
