Main Duties and Respoibilities:
- Act as the single contact window to custome for daily operatio;
一条龙处理所有日常操作;
- Provide professional solutio to custome;
为客户提供专业的解决方案;
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries, establish/maintain close relatiohip with custome;
对客户的查询提供快速回复;建立并维持与客户的良好合作关系;
- Exceptional Management;
意外事件管理机制;
- Daily booking with both customer and carrier by various ways;
日常与船公司、客户的订单管理;
- Check and verify documents;
日常文件管理;
- Carry out approved proposed improvement / changes on procedures and systems made by supervisomanager;
执行上级提出的优化流程、改进系统的方案;
- Feedback pre-claim details and status to custome;
合理处理投诉、索赔事件;
- Handles custome' statistics and reports.
定期发送报告、统计数据予客户
