Job location: Qingdao
Position:Customer Service
Providing high quality Customer Service & daily Operatio service to custome;
communication with oveea agents via Mail and Phone.
Good coordination between custome’ service requests and Carrie’ standard service guideline;
Be pro-active on daily Operatio process including ocean traportation , airfreight operation
Be familiar with freight forwarder business

熟悉客服及日常国际货运操作流程,能高效处理邮件,协调并解决shippe 订舱代理/ 船公司/ oveeas agent的相关要求。
英文4级以上。
3-4年FOB指定货工作经验者优先。
