Respoibilities:

1. Lead a world class electronics engineering organization,to help develop engineering, execution, and implementation strategies.

2. Delegate, empower and hold individuals accountable for meeting objectives and commitments ,

3. Envision and support technology innovation and strategies that will serve future market demands

4. Generating cost reduction ideas and validating them

5. Support purchasing, quality, manufacturing initiatives as required

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with an advanced engineering degree or an MBA preferred.

2. At least 10 yea electronic design experience and strong management experience.

3. Speak fluent English.

4. Motor related product is preferred.
