Main Respoibilities:

?Works within a team to develop, validate, and commercialize a variety of electrical design projects for coumer audio products including wireless headphones and speake.

?Works closely with factories to support all EE desig and issue resolution including compliance (EMC, etc.), and manufacturability.

?Works on a major project or several projects of moderate scope and complexity simultaneously while successfully managing schedules to on time, on budget, and on quality completion.

?Serves as the technical EE specialist for the organization under the direction of the Engineering manager.

?Keeps informed of new methods and developments affecting his or her field of practice, and recommends new practices or changes in emphasis of programs.

?Reviews and completes project documents for accurate specification and quality assurance.

?Reviews operational procedures to eure compliance with applicable policies and performance measures.

?Routinely interacts with supplie and factories.

?Leads project meetings and makes presentatio as needed.

Requirements:

?BS Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 yea of experience in coumer electronics; audio design strongly preferred.

?Proven ability to implement system architectures, schematics, and PCB layout using modern SoCs, Bluetooth, audio amplifie, and power supplies (DC-DC converte)

?Demotrated expertise of electrical engineering fundamentals including filter design, clocking, power distribution, PCB layout, stack-up, and fabrication and design for EMC.

?Proven ability to design electronics for high volume mass production.

?Demotrated strong analytical debugging skills and ability to run common lab equipment, e.g., oscilloscopes, function generato, Audio Precision analyzer.

?Demotrated strong verbal and written English skills.

?Experience with DSP algorithms a plus.

?Experience with Mentor Graphics PADS or Expedition a plus.

?Proven ability working in Asia at manufacturing facilities strongly preferred.

?Demotrated experience with developing and validating the manufacturing process.

?Must be able to travel locally and work on-site at factories.
