Job respoibility
?Respoible for planning and managing the supply chain management system with a leadehip role in supporting business expanding,
?develop and implement effective supply chain strategies in order to achieve business objectives, improve business profitability and expaion Manage and improve all supply chain functio including logistic function, warehousing, procurement systems, global supply schedule, quality control, new product development and production operatio of the region
?Manage the planning, administration, coordination and execution all activities for the company’s Material Management and Sourcing
?Provide guidelines and bench marking to the markets in case of local negotiatio
?Support Supply Chain with selected projects as well as support with new market entries
?Eure the implementation and adherence to supply chai processes.
Key Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Material Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA is prefered
?More than 15 yea experience in material management or senior sourcing / procurement management position in big MNCs
?Collaboration, influencing, negotiation, determination and resiliency
?Great leadehip skills
?Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
?Frequent business travel is required
