l External – Contact peon with key accounts and regular projects coordinator
Job Description
l Independently design entire questionnaire/guide including new type of projects and discuss questionnaire with the client
l Tralate research objectives into questionnaire flow
l Write complex research proposals based on itructio from supervisor
l Provide advanced analysis and generate iightful and value-added findings and suggestio
l Work out report flow with itruction from supervisor
l Write error-free report with summary and recommendatio based on itructio from supervisor
l Deliver presentation of findings in both Chinese and English
l Chair projects for at least 2 branded solutio independently
l Demotrate efficient and effective project management to eure timely delivery at high quality standard
l Control and save FLD costs
l Build and maintain long term trusting relatiohip with client
l Respond to client enquiries promptly and provide professional suggestio
l Demotrate strong ability in people management of Research Assistant or Research Executive
l Allocate tasks among team effectively. Manage their performance and make appraisals on them
Coach junior researche on research work and train them up well
Job Requirements
l Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from top univeity
l 5-8 yea experience in market research or related function in either agency side or client side
l Excellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
l Excellent in MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and SPSS, SAS statistics
l Strong communication and interpeonal skills
l Have sound knowledge of overall market research technology and be able to apply to marketing / business practice and strategy
l Be able to think logically and iightfully
l Advanced analytical skills and be able to make value-added recommendatio
l Strong client service and account management ability
l Strong project management skills
l Good people management skills
l A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges in mature and professional manne
