Job Title: Training Center Coordinator
Job Purpose
The Training Center Coordinator oveees GTO Training programs, including program compliance, operatio as well as overall training/itructional quality.
Primary Duties and RespoibilitiesRespoible for the day to day operatio of all organizational Training Programs.Manage of program compliance according to GTO policies as well as other GTO Partner organizatio (including the American Heart Association)Function as a subject matter expert in regards to education, training and itructionManagesall aspects of the GTO itructor development process, including teaching coues in the role of the GTO lead itructorAct as a lead itructor in regards to continuing education of GTO itructo for existing, new and updated couesEure that files and records are properly maintained according to process and contractual obligatio, working with accounting/HR or other internal groups as applicable (including for students and itructo)Respoible for being the main point of contact for any GTO Training Site as well as GTO partne as it relates to training matte (e.g. The American Heart Association)Assist management and other staff in regards to development and other initiatives relating to improvement of programs or program supportManage the utilization of any GTO, AHA or other systems utilized within the training program, including for tracking and reporting purposesWork with management, voluntee and other business partne of GTO to plan and execute events within the strategic goals of GTO. This includes events related to any training/education forums, conferences, sessioDirect other training operational staff as well as other internal GTO functio in regards to specific GTO training projects as contracted. This includes creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projectAssist management as needed in recruiting, interviewing and selecting staff/volunteecontracto with appropriate skills for the project and overall training activities/programRespoible for other training related project management as assigned and in line with respoibilities
Qualificatio
· Training/education experience (preferably in medical industry)
· Basic medical training and or previous training/itructional experience preferred
· Project management experience
· Proven planning and organizing skills
· Communication skills – excellent oral and written English skills
· Problem analysis and problem solving
· Past experience in working for organization authorized to provide American Heart Association training programs beneficial
· Adaptable
· Team player that has a proven track record of taking initiative
· Ability to travel as needed, including on weekends
Education
· Univeity Degree
· Medical training or experience preferred
