Main respoibilities:

1.Support production lean activity ;

2.Guide and manage lean 6 sigma project;

3.Lead the lean project and activity by using lean mechodologies and techniques ;

4.Promote and coordinate lean production and Kaizen activity ;

5.Coach emplyees on lean principals and tools（VSM, Kaizen, KanBan, etc.) ;

6.Lead Kaizen events and drive the culture of continuous improvement;

7.Lead and manage Lean team meet the company target.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant will be required.

2.Minimum 8 yea experience in manufacturing environment.

3.Experience in leading lean events that produced quantifiable savings.

4.Competency in the application of lean methodology.

5.Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

6.Fluent in oral and written English.
