职位描述:
岗位职责:
1. 为公司内部用户提供IT技术支持服务, 维护企业服务器及办公设备(PC、打印机、复印机、传真机等);
2. 能及时快速处理公司内部IT类问题, 并且能记录并跟踪;
3. 管理并维护公司门禁、内部电话和视频监控等设备的管理;
4. 配合其他部门处理各种IT类问题。
岗位要求:
1. 专科或以上学历,计算机相关专业;
2. 有半年至一年的桌面工程师工作经验者优先;
3. 有良好的沟通能力和服务意识;
4. 能独立进行操作系统(Windowserver)及软、硬件的故障诊断和基础排错;有邮件服务部署经验者优先
5. 能配置Linux(Cent OS)服务器以及部署应用者优先
6. 有良好的英文基础,能使用英文进行邮件书写,英语口语熟练者优先
7. 有良好的学习能力,对新技术敏感。
Key respoibilities:
1. Daily IT technical support for use, maintenance of internal office equipments including PC, printer, duplicator, fax machine, etc.
2. Fast react and IT related problem solving ability, tracking and recording problems.
3. Timely record and upgrade event information.
4. Management and maintenance of office access control system, telephone system and CCTV monitoring.
5. Working with other departments to solve other IT related problems.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher, English or computer related major.
2. 6 months to 1 year working experience in deskhelp position preferred.
3. Good communication skills and service cociousness.
4. Working independently in fault diagnosis and basic debugging of OS (Windowserver), software and hardware.
5 .Good command of English preferred. Familiar with English operation system. Good communicatio in both spoken and written English. Fluent in barrier-free communication with foreign clients.
6. Quick learner and be seitive to new computer technology.
