职位描述:
Our client is blue-chip multinational company with glboal business all over the world. To support to their business expanding, they are looking for a experienced manager to lead their share service team.
Key Respoibilities:
Design and implement the C&B strategy, structure to eure the rationality of C&B system from the pepective of internal and external environments.
Prepare and process the relevant payroll information (sales commission, performance bonus, etc.)
Analyze compeation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compeation proposals and budgets
Eure the successful implementation of focal point merit increase, lead HR policy and process changes coequent to related law & regulation.
Manage and handle the daily C&B-related affai. Respoible for awering all C&B related questio.
Requirements:
At least 10 yea’ experience in C&B and Performance management field, multinational company experience is preferred.
Experience in Salary Planning and Policy Development is Required
Fluent in both Mandarine and English,effective written and verbal communication skills across different cultures
