1.Be respoible for production output / revenue according to production schedule to achieve goal of company

2.Eure requirement related with quality, throughput time, efficiency, on-time delivery, cost, safety, etc. to reach target of company and custome

3.Manage department related KPIs achievement and the reports

4.Manage the inventory and cost expenditure in manufacture process

5.Handle and coordinate problems occurring in manufacture process

6.Deploy basic floor management tools (6S, visual management) in workshop

7.Establish / develop production management or operational procedures

8.Participate/ encourage improvement activities for capacity, quality, efficiency, cost reduction, etc. in manufacture process

9.Provide the necessary training / coach to develop competence of team membe and operato

10.Provide support and cooperation to other function in several projects/issues
