Main respoibilities:

？Respoible for oveight, ipiring & coaching direct and indirect reports

？With together with custome’ Asian Quality organizatio, and 3rd party testing labs in China

？Develop and lead supplier development initiatives/objectives for continuous Quality improvements

？Manage, train and develop Quality Enginee (Critical thinking, Problem Solving, Kaizen, etc)

？Engage Product Quality & Engineering in New Product Development

？Actively work with the US team to undetand coumer and customer concer.

？Implement Supplier Development Program with specific supplier objectives that are measurable

？Develop Supplier Scorecard to measure and improve Supplier performance,

？Provide stringent quality oveight at all supplie and eure proper processes are in place to mitigate quality escapes to customecoume.

？Drive routine supplier quality performance reporting to the US and European business units

？Routinely conduct product CTQ (Critical to Quality), process and factory audits to eure quality requirements are met.

？Quality Strategy Team member; to define, develop and implement a Quality strategy

？Support growth in target channels and regio

？Remain current on all customer and US/Europe import requirements including CTPAT

Main requirements:

？Great people leader and experience creating a best in class Quality team

？Must be a team player and willing to work with pee in Sourcing and Operatio

？Minimum 10 yea managing quality in a manufacturing environment, coumer products (appliances) experience preferred

？Excellent undetanding of manufacturing process used with appliances (roll forming, deep draw, stamping, coating, etc)

？Excellent communicatio in both English and Mandarin.

？Proven history working with US companies and their China Supplie.

？Must be a self-starter. Must be able to work with a minimal supervision from US leadehip

？Must have a working knowledge of third party (UL, CSA, ETL, etc.) certification processes

？Experience meeting US retail custome audit and compliance requirements is preferred

？Willing to travel frequently (weekly) to supplie
