职位描述:
Job Accountabilities
?Handle telephone and email inquiries from oveeas and mainland China supplie and branch offices.
?Coordinate with internal departments and supplie for audit scheduling, payment collection and invoice coordination.
?Input and maintain the update information for the Supplie information via Audit management system.
?Proactively to keep contact tracking and close communication with internal and external.
?Timely provide weekly / monthly working report in an accurate manner.
?Assist to follow hot task when it necessary.
Job Requirements
?Fresh univeity graduate or candidates with relevant experience but less academic qualification will be coidered
?Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
?Strong attention to detail
?Familiar with PC operatio including Chinese input
?Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
?Immediately availability is preferred
