Respoibilities:
?Approach target clients with strategy and effective daily contact.
?Undetand client’s needs and communicate that need effectively to develop business opportunities.
?Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and enlarge service scopes.
?Supervise and coordinate IT, Creative, Operatio and Customer Service teams to eure clients’ requirements are met.
?Respoible to prepare project status and manage daily account servicing requirements to eure efficient account services.
?Dig account to eure maximum profitability and potential up/cross sales.
?Analyze project profitability, revenue, margi, bill rates and utilization.
Requirements:
?Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English is a MUST;
?At least two yea’ experience in business development, coulting or CRM/Marketing service management position;
?Excellent communication and presentation skills;
?Good strategy and process planning skills;
?Good customer service attitude and strong at problem solving;
?Team work is highly expected.
