Job Duties:
Performs payroll administration work for a portfolio of clients which include:
Prepare monthly payroll reports
Arrange salary payments, social benefits and tax filing
Handle queries from clients
Requirements:
Degree or diploma holder in Finance/Accounting or related subject
Holder of a Certificate of Accounting Professional an advantage (会计从业资格证书及会计师优先)
1 to 3 yea relevant working experience in administering payroll
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, expertise in Kingdees Software preferred
Proficient in verbal and written English are essential
A quick learner with minimal supervision
A diligent team player with good communication skills
Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
