Requirements

Above-average bachelor's or master's degree in Chinese law

Chinese on native-speaker level, fluent in writing and speaking in English. German language skills of advantage.

Minimum of two yea of experience in foreign direct investments, M&A, Corporate Law or Contract Law

Ideally experiences in areas of Employment Law, litigation or other areas of Chinese Business Law Additional qualificatio such as an additional degree (LL.M. or similar), official registration as a Chinese lawyer of advantage

Above-average commitment and motivation as well as highest standards of own performance
