Title: Peonal Assistant/Office Manager

Location: Mainly in Beijing

Job Description:

-- Reporting to the President & Vice President directly

--Supporting President and Vice president on business development and marketing and other works required

--Arranging client meeting according to requirements

--Tralating during the meeting between the leadehip of company and client

--Recording and file the notes of client meetings

--Following up with clients to maintain sound relatiohip

--Providing President and Vice President relevant admin support

Respoibilities:

--Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases; managing filing systems;

--Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;

--Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;

--Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;

--Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repai;

--Organizing and chairing meetings with staff –

--Oveeeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction;

--Euring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload;

--Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff;

--Delegating work to junior staff and managing their workload and output;

--Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentatio;

--Responding to client enquiries and liaising with client relatiohip manage and office heads

--Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and euring they are observed;

--Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices;

Requirements:

--Working experiences in private enterprises required

--PA experiences required

--2 yea and above working experiences

--Univeity degree and above

--Good appearance and being sharp and presentable, well-dressed

--Strong skill of maintain client relatiohip

--Excellent writteoral English skills

--Flexibility

--Could work over time as work required

--Frequent business trips
