欧德油储（南京）有限责任公司是由欧德油储汉堡总部、南京化学工业园公用事业有限公司、南京港股份有限公司组建的合资公司。公司系操作大宗液体化工品的多功能罐区，服务于各类化工生产企业、贸易公司以及分销商。即将于2013年中完成的扩建工程将使得库区拥有25个储罐，2座专业码头（6个泊位，承载量50000吨级）整体库容达13.9万立方米。欧德油储南京有充足的土地和岸线资源，仍具有广阔的拓展空间，以满足南京化学工业园区现有以及未来的石化生产企业的仓储需求。随着铁路危化品运输许可证的获得，欧德油储可以正式启动铁路装卸设施。该铁路装卸站台通过南京化学工业园区内的铁路与中国国铁整体网络相连接。铁路通车标志着欧德南京有能力为客户提供包括铁路、公路、水路以及管线全方位的物流配套服务。

Currently, group in China has two terminals in operation, located respectively in Guangdong daya bay Economic and Technological Development zone and Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park. Furthermore, with the expaion of China’s business, China's regional headquarter was set up in Shanghai in 2011.
Oiltanking Nanjing Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Oiltanking, NCIP Admiitration and the Port Authority of Nanjing. The company ow and operates a multi-user tank terminal for bulk liquids and serves a wide range of custome including chemical produce, trade and distributo. After the completion of an expaion by mid-2013, the terminal will have 23 tanks with a total tank storage capacity is 139,000 cbm and 2 jetties (6 berths) for ships up to 50,000 DWT. OTN has sufficient land and jetty capacity available for further expaion which can meet and accommodate future storage requirements from existing and new petrochemcial produce in NCIP. With the permit for the traport of chemical cargo’s in place in the early of 2013, Oiltanking has officially started the operation of the rail loading and unloading facility. It is connected to the railway system of the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park (NCIP), which is on its turn connected to the national railway network. With the rail facility expaion the terminal offe all modes of traportation to its custome including rail, road, water and pipelines.
Oiltanking (Daya Bay) was put into operation in June, 2006. Now it develops into an enterprise able to provide warehousing and traportation service independently in daya bay Petrochemical Industrial Park.
China Branch Company affiliated to Oiltanking Group manages business activities and provides financial coulting services.
