中辉华尚成立于2010年，母公司为桂林广陆数字测控股份有限公司（股票代码：广陆数测，）。中辉华尚业务定位：依托国内有线电视及运营商网络，与各地广电及网络公司共同搭建院线电影的数字发行平台。院线电影的数字发行平台：基于全国有线电视及运营商网络平台，以电视或手机为播出终端，为中国电影提供全新的数字发行播出平台，让院线电影走入用户家庭，实现电影作品的价值最大化。公司自2014年7月以来开展了“沙发院线”项目。沙发院线率先以国内各省的有线数字电视为平台，以与电影院线准同步的电影为内容产品开展的数字电视按次点播付费的增值服务，透过国内外院线同步大片吸引家庭电视受众，致力于成为电影内容在国内面向家庭用户的第二院线。。与此同时，中辉华尚公司还在电信运营商渠道积极推进“沙发院线”项目在IPTV、手机端和OTT终端的落地运营。
