上海碳源汇谷新材料科技有限公司(东旭光电科技股份有限公司控股子公司,股票代码:)座落于世界一流的科技园区——上海紫竹国家高新技术产业开发区,是一家专注于石墨烯规模化制备、应用技术开发的高新技术企业。公司通过与上海交通大学郭守武教授科研团队合作,在单层氧化石墨烯以及石墨烯的制备、分离和纯化技术与工艺方面取得了突破性进展。开发的石墨烯制备技术具有单层率高、成本低、环境友好及完全自主的知识产权等特点。现已投产石墨烯中试生产线一条,可年产高品质氧化石墨烯/石墨烯3吨。同时为了进一步拓展石墨烯的应用领域,公司携上海交通大学郭守武教授科研团队已在石墨烯的若干应用领域取得突破,主要包括石墨烯基的锂离子电池正、负极材料,石墨烯基锂离子动力电池以及石墨烯基重防腐涂料。其中,已建成石墨烯基锂离子动力电池中试生产线,生产的石墨烯基锂离子动力电池表现出极佳的高倍率性能(可实现10C条件下的充放电)和卓越的循环性能(2000次的循环后容量保持率仍在80%以上)。与此同时,公司也正在筹备石墨烯材料的检测平台,满足公司内部需求的同时,也对外提供相关的检测、测试服务,为公司参与制定石墨烯行业标准或国家、国际标准提供数据依据。

Shanghai Tan Yuan Graphene Co., Ltd. is located at ZizhuNational Hi-tech Park, Minhang District, Shanghai, P. R. China. The core business of the company is focused on the mass production and commercialization of graphene and the derivatives, and has made revolutionary progresses in the production, separation and purification of the high quality graphene oxide and graphene, through the cooperation with the research group of Prof. ShouwuGuo from Shanghai Jiao Tong Univeity. Pronouncedly, a low-cost and environment-friendly pilot stage for graphene manufacture has been developed, and the annual graphene production can reach 3 tun. Meanwhile, collaborating with Prof. ShouwuGuo’s team, the graphene based anode and cathode materials with unique three dimeional morphologies for Li ion batteries have been developed successfully, and the “18650”Li ion batteries using as-produced graphene based cathode showed exceptional rate capability (10 C, charge/discharge) and recycling stability (over 2000 cycles, capacity remained at 80%). Additionally, the research on graphene-based heavy duty anti-corrosion coating materials is also underundergoing in the company. The company is setting up an advanced analysis platform for graphene and derivatives, and it can provide professional and public serves.
