中荷人寿保险有限公司（原首创安泰人寿）由享誉世界的多元化金融集团ING集团旗下ING保险与直属北京市的国有独资大型投资运营企业北京首都创业集团有限公司于2002年底组建而成，公司现有注册资本九亿元人民币。首创安泰人寿是中国加入世界贸易组织后，在东北地区开业的第一家中外合资寿险公司。2010年6月，北京银行成功入股首创安泰人寿，代替北京首创集团成为合资公司的中方股东，与ING集团各持合资保险公司50%股份，首创安泰人寿正式更名为中荷人寿保险有限公司。

ING-BOB Life Iurance Company Limited (ING Capital Life formerly) was founded in the end of 2002 in Dalian, jointly by ING Iurance, a subsidiary of the world renowned financial service company ING Group, and by Beijing Capital Group, a large state-owned investment enterprise owned by Beijing Municipal Government. The company currently holds a registered capital of RMB 900 million. It is the fit joint venture life iurance company opened in Northeast China since China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO). Bank of Beijing replaced Beijing Capital Group to become one of the two shareholde in June 2010. The equity proportion held by ING Group and Bank of Beijing is 50% for each. The company was renamed as ING-BOB Life Iurance Company Limited.

中荷人寿以大连总部为基础，目前已经开设了北京、辽宁、山东、河南、大连、安徽六家分公司，不仅发展成为环渤海经济圈内最具优势的中外合资保险公司，也在中国中部地区积极谋求发展。未来，中荷人寿计划在中国更多地区开设分支机构。

By now ING-BOB has set up five provincial branches as Beijing Branch, Liaoning Branch, Shandong Branch, Henan Branch and Anhui Branch respectively, and Dalian Branch. ING-BOB is growing into the most outstanding joint-venture life iurance company in Around Bohai Sea Economic Circle, and striving to expand to Mid China Area.
