Our services cover China entry/exit advisory, Sarbanes Oxley S404 advisory, corporate governance advisory, internal controls review, tax planning and compliance, merger and acquisition advisory, PRC and international standard auditing, accounting / controller outsourcing, payroll compliance and assistance, etc.

In order to better serve our clients, we have launched a new corporate branding in 2016, i.e. Sapience Partne to replace our existing brands (Eng & Co and Twiource). This change signifies our vision and aspiration to deliver iight and wisdom in our professional services and offerings, with the hopes that we can help our clients prosper and grow with every step we take together.

Our experienced coultants / accountants come from oveeas and China. They have substantial experience in dealing with issues of various industries and legal structures. Our coultants are qualified CPAs / CIA and worked for medium or “big 4” accounting firms or MNC before they joined the Firm. Currently, we have about 40 professionals.
